Znuny
Right from the beginning in 2012, when Martin Edenhofer founded Znuny, we were a specialized service provider for every topic on OTRS, the ((OTRS)) Community Edition, and service management.
Together with many partners, we create solutions for the most diverse requirements of our customers. Always one goal in mind: delivering the right solution for every need. During all the year we worked together with the Linuxhotel to transfer knowledge on OTRS. This is done by our consultants who teach the administrator, key user, ITSM, and master courses.
Because we believe in open source, a large part of our development is free available at [GitHub]. As another part of our community engagement, we're running the official community [Forum].

Support:
With our support subscriptions, we give you every day the security of having an experienced, competent contact person at your side. You will receive profound support in case of incidents, questions and for configuration, and much more, tailored to your needs.
Custom development:
Whenever you miss a function you need, there are several options to choose from. Maybe one of our more than 150 add-ons fits. If not, our development department creates a solution based on your requirements that will meet all your criteria. We only know challenges, no limits.
Upgrades:
Even if you are experienced in running your system, an upgrade often raises questions that are seldom met. We perform all the necessary upgrades for you according to a proven plan and can respond to problems accordingly.
Training:
With individual, customer-tailored training courses, we ensure successful knowledge transfer in all desired user groups.
