Perl-Services
Since 2011, Perl-Services is a small team of people who work with passion with Perl and Raku. We actually do everything that has to do with Perl: training, programming, consulting and much more.
We are enthusiastic about Open Source, e.g. by helping to organize the German Perl Workshop, by making many Perl modules available to the public, by contributing features e.g. to ((OTRS)) Community Edition/Znuny or by publishing serveral developer releases of the Perl programming language.
This is how we came to include ticket systems to our service portfolio in 2009, which e.g. in Znuny and OTOBO combines our two favorite topics: They are Open Source and they are programmed in Perl.
Our core competencies
Since you are interested in the OTTER Alliance, you are probably particularly interested in how we can help you with your ticket system. We developed the OPAR (OPM Package Archive), on which we provide over 130 free extensions. These range from additional types for the dynamic fields (e.g. Integer and Multicheckbox) to helper functions for administrators (e.g. import/export of dynamic fields, postmaster filtering and copying GenericAgents) to new dashboard widgets and even more.
Besides the free extensions we have quite a few paid extensions like a ticket checklist, additional features for ticket attachments, templates for tickets. Just have a look at feature-addons.com. Of course we also program extensions tailored to fit your system.
In addition to extensions, training is a focus of our daily work. We train your administrators and agents so that they can optimally deal with your ticket system and recognize further optimization potential themselves and even implement solutions on their own in many cases
