Support & Consulting: We advise and support you in the implementation of specific goals, offer fixed contact persons for technical problems & questions and keep the system up to date. Together we implement processes and procedures and provide tips on how to improve your services.
Add-ons: We offer a constantly growing number of free and premium add-ons. Feel free to browse through our add-ons. And if you haven't found the right add-on, we'll be happy to develop it for you at a greatly reduced price so that others can benefit from your idea as well.
Development & Connections: We connect your system to databases, active directories, ERP systems, content management systems, contact forms and many other third party systems. In addition, we customize the system to your requirements (we know the code pretty well).
Hosting: We host, administrate and monitor your system. If there's ever a bottleneck, we'll let you know. If there are unexpected downtimes, we'll take care of it.
Trainings: We offer trainings for users, administrators (system configurations, postmaster filters, GenericAgents etc.) and developers. Either in-house or remote.
