Our core competencies in ticketing systems
Due to the current market development, we rely on different forks of the popular ticket system depending on the requirements of our customers. Since Znuny LTS is the only product on the market that is fully compatible with the ((OTRS)) Community Edition Version 6 and provides future features in a separate product, we support Znuny LTS as an unofficial successor product within this alliance.
becon's experts have many years of experience in consulting, implementation, development, training and support of ((OTRS)) Community Edition. This know-how is the fundament for our services around Znuny LTS and other forks. To meet the different requirements of our customers, we have developed an integration platform, the API Management Gateway OpenCelium, and some functional enhancements for ((OTRS)) Community Edition & forks.OpenCelium can be used to synchronize data between applications. Besides Znuny LTS, ((OTRS)) Community Edition and Otobo, many other connectors are already available.
Our customers miss some features in ((OTRS)) Community Edition & Forks. The following packages from becon close this gap:
- Time Tracker: The Time Tracker package extends the time tracking by the possibility to document an activity within a ticket and show this over several overviews.
- Absence Assistant: With the help of this package you can lead absences through an approval process and also manage them. In the standard version, we provide the absence types vacation, training, sick and overtime.
- Project Management: Extends the Time Tracker package to include the function of defining and managing projects with contingents. At the same time, the activities can be exported at any time as a performance report in PDF/CSV.
